Parkland acquires Red Carpet Carwash of North Dakota
The family-owned business operates 12 locations, all with convenience and retail fuel operations, as well as five dealer locations.
The Canadian convenience store chain Parkland Corporation, through its American subsidiary Parkland USA, has entered into an acquisition agreement with Red Carpet Carwash of North Dakota, a leading car wash and retail company, which includes 12 locations with local retail operations, as well as five dealer locations.
The agreement includes eight sites in Bismarck / Mandan, two sites in Jamestown and two sites in Fargo. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of this year.
Founded in 1981, Red Carpet Carwash started out as a single store operator and has grown to have 12 retail locations – eight are Exxon branded locations, four are Arco branded – and supply five dealer locations. throughout North Dakota.
Based in Calgary, Parkland is one of the fastest growing independent suppliers and distributors of fuel and petroleum products in North America and the Caribbean.
