We also recently released our first digital strategy. To make this strategy a reality, we need to hire a new digital, data and technology team to join our existing skills.

As a key part of our Application Support team, our approach to mobile technology engineering and support is built on exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced Mobile Technology Engineer to lead our team of 3 engineers to support our 4000+ employees.

By helping staff use and get started with mobile technology, you will help keep the organization online, which will allow us to provide important services to our residents. You will lead your team to provide the best possible customer service; you will set standards for service levels and behavior; you will act as a model of engagement; and you will grow your team to thrive. You will be able to represent the team at higher levels and step in to solve the most complex or sensitive issues they may face.

Our digital strategy emphasizes the need for a modern support function, always data and user centric, and you will play a key role in making this a reality.
