Laptop loan program accepting applications
University of Arkansas students with demonstrated financial need can apply for a fall semester laptop loan. Program applications are being accepted now, and the priority review deadline is this Sunday, August 30.
About 200 laptops are available through this partnership between IT Services and the Student Affairs Division. The program is open to all undergraduate and graduate students who have demonstrated financial need.
“Access to technology is even more critical during this distance and hybrid learning season,” said interim Provost Charles Robinson. “No student should have to worry about their academic success due to lack of access to a computer.”
Selected students will be contacted with instructions for recovering laptops. All materials must be returned at the end of the semester, in person or shipped.
