Airline products (NYSE: APD) announced today that Susan k carter will leave the effective Board of Directors of the Company September 30, 2021 after 10 years of good and loyal service.

More recently, Ms. Carter was a member of the Board of Directors of Air Products Audit and finance committee and Management Development and Compensation Committee. Over the past decade, she has brought extensive experience in the areas of financial reporting, information technology, accounting, finance and capital management, investor relations and operations. international organizations, supported by her previous role as CFO of several global listed companies.
